A "Cuvée Millésimée" is only produced by the Taittinger Champagne House when the grape harvest is exceptionally good. With nearly ideal growth conditions, the year 2015 was recognized as such; this bottle is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes (with over 70% coming from Grand Cru Vineyards). This wine has a magnificent flavor profile that is great to enjoy right away after spending an additional seven years in Taittinger's cellars. However, further time in the bottle will allow the wine's depth and long-lasting character to really show through.
