Champagne Deutz Brut Rosé Millésime 2015 is crafted mainly from Pinot Noir with a touch of Chardonnay, including a portion of still Pinot Noir from old vines in Aÿ to give its refined salmon-pink color. Vinified using the traditional Champagne method with completed malolactic fermentation, it undergoes several years of lees ageing before disgorgement, resulting in fine, persistent bubbles and a creamy texture. With a Brut dosage of about 8 g/L. It offers precise structure and vibrant acidity. The profile shows red berries, floral notes, light spice, and subtle brioche, making it both elegant and expressive.
